Job Role:
The Creative Lead is responsible for visual brand expression across all entities, ensuring creative consistency, innovation, and alignment with brand guidelines. He/she will lead the creative hub, supervise designers, and act as the guardian of design quality across all outputs
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all design and creative development across brands.
- Supervise graphic designers and ensure delivery of high-quality assets.
- Manage design pipeline (brochures, presentations, packaging, digital assets).
- Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently.
- Work closely with the Digital and Events teams for campaign assets.
- Coordinate with external creative agencies when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related.
- 7+ years experience in design (agency or in-house), with leadership exposure.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and motion/3D basics.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand work and campaigns.
- Creative thinker with ability to translate strategy into design.
