Role Description

Round Table Group is seeking a Creative Director for a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. This role will be responsible for providing the overall creative direction for the group's brands, ensuring a strong and consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.

The Creative Director will lead the development of creative strategies, guide art direction, and conceptualize impactful brand campaigns across digital and physical platforms. The role involves overseeing the graphic design function, collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams, and ensuring that all creative output reflects the brand's positioning and business goals.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, innovative thinking, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling, helping elevate the visual identity and customer experience across all Round Table brands.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy
• Strong expertise in branding, visual identity development, and art direction
• Hands-on experience in graphic design and creative tools/software
• Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing and branding campaigns
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, or FMCG industries is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
