Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Vision

- Lead the development of creative strategies for events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

- Collaborate with strategy, content, and event teams to define the creative vision for each project.

Event Design & Execution

- Oversee the creative design of event experiences including branding, staging, and visual environments.

- Ensure creative elements are integrated seamlessly into the overall event narrative.

Marketing & Collateral Development

- Direct the creation of digital and print marketing materials including promotional content, artwork, and visual assets.

- Maintain quality control across all visual outputs, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary creative team including designers, artists, and freelancers.

- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability within the creative department.

Project & Cross-Department Coordination

- Coordinate with internal departments (production, strategy, accounts) to ensure creative deliverables are met.

- Manage timelines and creative deliverables to ensure on-time execution.

Budget Oversight

- Manage budgets for creative projects and ensure resource allocation is efficient.

- Recommend cost-effective solutions that maintain quality and creativity.

Client Engagement

- Present concepts and creative solutions to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions.

- Act as the lead creative representative during pitch presentations and review meetings.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring new ideas to the table to keep work fresh and competitive.

- Evaluate event creative execution post-project to inform future improvements.

Requirements:

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Arts, or related field.

Experience

- Minimum 10 years in a senior creative role within the events, experiential marketing, or branding space.

- Proven experience managing creative teams and large-scale project execution.

Skills

- Strong creative leadership and people management skills.

- High-level conceptual and executional design expertise.

- Excellent verbal and visual presentation abilities.

- Strong multitasking, time management, and budget management.

- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
