Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Creative Lead to oversee the visual direction of our brands. Working closely with the Marketing and Brand teams, you will translate strategy into strong, consistent creative execution across digital, print, and in-store touch points.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction/execution of campaigns across all brands + channels
• Translate brand strategy into clear, consistent visual concepts and assets
• Oversee production of digital, print, packaging, and in-store materials
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations + external partners to deliver projects
• Mentor junior designers and maintain high creative standards across all outputs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 610 years of design experience, including 23 years in a senior creative role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and integrated campaign work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong project management, communication, and attention to detail skills
