Drop is a strategic management firm dedicated to building long-term, sustainable careers (we are not a label). We are seeking a Creative Operations Coordinator (COC) to be the anchor of our artists success.

The Role: The Anti-Chaos Specialist

The COC is the central executor of our Release & Content Operating System (RCOS). You are responsible for ensuring that all creative outputfrom assets to distribution timelinesmoves consistently and without friction.

Your High-Leverage Responsibilities:

• Enforce Consistency: Manage the weekly and monthly content cadence, ensuring artists stick to their established rhythm.

• Pipeline Management: Oversee all assetsliaising with producers, editors, and distributors to hit deadlines and maintain quality control.

• Free Up Strategists: Shield managers from daily operational fire-fighting, allowing them to focus exclusively on high-level strategic architecture and business development.

• Build Foundation: Provide hands-on support for STARTING artists, helping them build the reliable habits that lead to professional longevity.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or operations within the music/media space.

• Is an expert in project management tools (Asana, Notion, etc.).

• Finds comfort in process and believes in our philosophy: Clarity, Direction, and Structure are the highest forms of capital.
