Role Description
We're looking for a Creative Producer — a content-driven generalist who can think, create, organize, and execute. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of creative direction, production, and social media — ideal for someone who understands both ideas and how to bring them to life.
You'll be involved across the full content pipeline: shaping concepts, managing shoots, guiding creative output, and ensuring content performs across platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to be deeply embedded in building brands through content.
What you'll be doing:
Creative & Content Direction
- Develop and shape content strategies for Alined Creative and client brands
- Brainstorm campaigns, and storytelling ideas across social platforms
- Build decks, find references and design moodboards for creative proposals
- Guide the creative direction of shoots and content outputs
Production & Campaign Management
- Plan and oversee shoots from pre-production to execution
- Coordinate timelines, talent, locations, and deliverables
- Work closely with technical teams and external collaborators
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and at a high standard
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Support social media planning, calendars, and content rollouts
- Identify trends, formats, and opportunities for growth across platforms
- Oversee content performance and iterate based on insights
- Help manage day-to-day social media needs for clients and the agency
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in content, creative production, social media, or similar
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Based in Dubai and available full-time
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
- A strong creative eye and attention to detail
- Comfortable balancing strategy, creativity, and execution
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Basic filming/editing skills (CapCut, PremierPro, DaVinci or similar)
- Design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- Experience in lifestyle, F&B, hospitality, or beauty brands
