Responsibilities:
Event & Production Support
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing music and performing arts events.
- Support technical rehearsals, production schedules, and on-ground event logistics.
- Liaise with venues, production teams, and technical suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Media & Content Coordination
- Coordinate with media teams on photography, videography, and content requirements for concerts, rehearsals, and departmental initiatives.
- Manage and organize media assets, event footage, and promotional materials.
- Support development and delivery of creative briefs for promotional content.
Artist & Talent Support
- Assist in coordinating with musicians, conductors, performers, and external talent.
- Handle basic artist relations tasks such as schedules, call sheets, and logistical arrangements.
- Maintain databases of musicians, ensembles, vendors, and suppliers.
Music Department Administration
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for department initiatives.
- Manage departmental calendars, project trackers, and communication workflows.
- Assist in procurement processes related to events, music equipment, and professional services.
Technical & Operational Support
- Provide on-site operational support during events, rehearsals, and activations.
- Coordinate requirements with sound engineers, stage managers, and production crews.
- Ensure equipment checklists, inventory, and logistics are maintained and updated.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Events, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to ensure alignment on music-related initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with external partners, vendors, and agencies involved in event delivery.
Background in media, events, or performing arts is required
