Creative Team Lead / Associate Creative Director

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Creative Team Lead to oversee creative projects and lead a talented team of creatives and content creators. The role involves developing and implementing creative direction for campaigns, creating content calendars, creative ad copies, managing team workflows, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. This is a hybrid position based in Cairo, Egypt, with 1 day work-from-home per week.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in leading creative teams, with a strong ability to conceptualize and execute impactful projects.
• Experience in developing brand strategies.
• Experience in creating ad copy and creative campaigns
• Experience in content development for social media.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively present ideas to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a creative agency is a significant advantage.
