Job Description
- Lead the roadmap and strategy directions for AIdriven creative technologies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive experimentation, prototyping, and validation of emerging AI tools and solutions.
- Oversee the development and integration of AIenabled creative tools into production workflows.
- Enhance creative operations by automating tasks and improving content quality and speed.
- Establish governance frameworks, quality standards, and best practices for responsible AI usage across teams.
- Collaborate across creative, content, marketing, and digital teams to deliver techenabled solutions.
- Provide guidance, training, and insights to increase adoption and inform leadership on innovation opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Creative Technology, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in creative technology, AIenabled content workflows, or similar roles.
- Handson expertise with AI creative tools, including Adobe Firefly Suite, Higgsfield, and video generation platforms, along with automation and emerging AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI behaviours, prompt creation, and quality control for AI-generated outputs.
- Proficiency in creative software, prototyping tools, Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, and digital production environments.
- Strong problemsolving, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to identify, test, and apply emerging creative technologies.
