Job Brief
We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our real estate marketing team.
The ideal candidate will produce and edit engaging, high-quality video content that brings our projects, brand identity, and customer experience to life.
This role collaborates closely with the Content, Design, and Sales teams to deliver videos for digital platforms, promotional campaigns, events, and property launches ensuring every video supports strong engagement and conversion.
- Edit and produce video content for social media, campaigns, events, and real estate project launches.
- Create visually compelling videos that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and AI enhancements for storytelling.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce lifestyle videos, UGC content, and property walkthroughs.
- Manage raw footage, perform color grading, audio enhancement, and final polishing.
- Stay updated with video marketing trends, AI tools, real estate visuals, and platform-specific formats.
- Optimize videos for different digital platforms:
- Facebook | Instagram | TikTok | YouTube | LinkedIn
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Video Editor in real estate or digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in editing tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut/AI Editing tools
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and content pacing.
- Ability to deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with high attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Basic videography knowledge especially mobile and property shooting.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
