The Creator Activation Specialist is responsible for onboarding, activating, and supporting content creators on the platform, ensuring they start using the platform effectively and remain engaged and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential content creators to join the platform.

Support creators during onboarding and activation processes.

Guide creators on platform tools, policies, and best practices.

Monitor creator performance and engagement after activation.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve creator issues quickly.

Track activation metrics and prepare performance reports.

Maintain strong relationships with creators to encourage retention and growth.
