What You'll Do
- Identify and recruit TikTok creators across a wide range of niches and experience levels
- Introduce creators to our Creator Lab program and support their onboarding
- Guide creators on LIVE activity, monetization strategies, and TikTok best practices
- Act as the main point of contact during creators early growth stages
- Help build our Creator Lab's presence and reputation in your local market
- Maintain regular communication with creators via social and messaging platforms
Who You Are
- Deeply familiar with TikTok culture and LIVE content
- Active TikTok user with a strong understanding of creator ecosystems
- Confident communicator with outreach, sales, or community management experience
- Motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely
- Background in sales, marketing, or influencer or creator management is a plus
Working Style
- Fully remote with flexible hours
- Approximately 6 hours of daily availability
- Performance-driven with clear outreach and engagement goals
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary
- Commission for each valid creator onboarded
- Performance bonuses based on creator LIVE activity and results
