Job Summary
The role supports Relationship Managers in evaluating creditworthiness, preparing financial analyses, and ensuring efficient client account management. It involves coordination with internal teams, direct client interaction, and contributing to the development of high-quality banking services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare credit memos, financial analyses, and reporting for Relationship Managers.
- Assist in developing account plans and coordinating execution with internal departments.
- Analyze client profitability and support with ad-hoc financial reports.
- Follow up on annual client reviews and recommend enhancements.
- Coordinate account openings, closings, updates, transfers, and KYC documentation.
- Conduct client visits to ensure smooth account operations and service delivery.
- Communicate with clients under the supervision of the Relationship Manager.
- Build solid knowledge of corporate banking products, services, and market practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Credit Certificate is preferred.
- 14 years of experience in banking and/or financial services.
- Candidates with no banking experience may apply if:
- Candidates with microfinance experience (with sales background) are encouraged to apply.
- Financial services experience is preferred.
- Graduates from 20232025 with a Good grade are eligible; earlier graduates must have 23 years of experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and strong client-service orientation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of credit risk and financial products.
- Basic awareness of banking operations and the financial market.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and handle multiple tasks.
- Capability to conduct client visits and support relationship management activities.
- Must be resident in Damietta as per national ID.
