Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Credit and Risk Manager to lead and oversee the credit function
within a finance company in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for managing credit risk, evaluating
financing applications, setting credit policies, and ensuring sound credit decisions that align with the

- Lead and manage the credit assessment and approval process for financing applications.
- Evaluate customer credit worthiness using financial analysis, risk models, and credit reports.
- Develop, implement, and maintain credit policies, procedures, and approval frameworks.
- Monitor the quality of the credit portfolio and identify potential risks and early warning
signals.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit controls and Saudi regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Risk, Finance, Operations, and Sales teams to align credit decisions with
business objectives.
- Review and approve credit limits, terms, and conditions within delegated authority.
- Oversee credit documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support collections and recovery teams by providing credit insights and risk analysis.
- Prepare credit reports and portfolio performance analysis for senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in credit management or a similar role within a finance
or lending company.
- Hands-on experience dealing with regulatory authorities in Saudi Arabia (SAMA, CMA).
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong experience in credit risk assessment and portfolio management.
- Solid understanding of financing products and credit structures.
- Experience working within the Saudi market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with credit systems.
