We are seeking a Credit Collection Officer with solid real estate experience to support our commercial and residential property portfolio. This role will play a key part in managing the company's credit and collections process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while minimizing credit risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle, ensuring timely collection and accurate reconciliation.
- Monitor customer accounts, follow up on outstanding balances, and ensure overdue payments are recovered.
- Generate and issue statements of account to customers.
- Conduct collection activities through email, calls, and other communication channels.
- Prepare weekly aging and collections reports, including customer feedback and performance tracking.
- Produce ad-hoc financial and collection reports as requested by management.
- Analyze receivables data to identify trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
- Receive and review commission invoices from external brokers and agencies.
- Verify commission eligibility and calculations in line with predefined criteria.
- Ensure all commission invoices are accurate and complete before processing.
- Process commission payments in a timely manner in compliance with company policies.
- Resolve commission-related discrepancies and queries.
- Handle payments to third-party agents based on contractual terms.
- Verify VAT details and ensure compliance with FTA regulations on all tax invoices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Collection / Credit Officer within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
- Fluent in Persian and proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet collection targets with accuracy and professionalism.
