Job Description

  • Evaluate and approve credit applications for travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
  • Review credit limits regularly and recommend adjustments based on risk analysis.
  • Conduct credit checks and financial assessments for new and existing clients.
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Reconcile client accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accuracy of invoices.
  • Generate and share aging reports with management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide credit control insights during client onboarding and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and collection activities.
  • Support audits by providing complete and accurate financial documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in credit control, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector but no a must
  • Excellent English language proficiency
  • Experience working with ERP/accounting systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
