Key Responsibilities
Transaction Management
- Manage day-to-day credit operations including loan drawdowns, settlements, overdraft PPC discounting/dropping, and profit rate updates.
- Process all types of fees (management, processing, commitment, one-off) and update facility limits as per Facility Offer Letters (FOL).
- Handle release of fixed deposits, issuance of liability/no-liability letters, and update extensions, deferrals, and instalment deferments.
Facility & Limit Monitoring
- Monitor validity of facilities and update expired limits in the system.
- Verify finance credit limits and collateral against assigned thresholds.
Documentation & Compliance
- Review security documents prior to disbursement and confirm borrowing powers.
- Prepare and review Facility Offer Letters, security documentation, and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance with company policies, Central Bank regulations, and Shari'a requirements.
- Draft and review Letters of Intent, Murabaha agreements, and registration letters for Auto Finance.
- Obtain and retain approvals from relevant authorities for deferrals or waivers of incomplete documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate lodging of security documents in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to corporate clients.
- Provide operational support to relationship managers and credit teams for smooth facility release.
Regulatory & System Updates
- Update CBRB records for borrowing and non-borrowing customers, including removal of obligors for closed/settled accounts.
