A Crew Leader Housekeeping is a professional in charge of guiding, monitoring and leading an entire group. They are responsible for motivating their teammates as well as inspiring positive communication within them so that they can work together toward achieving goals.

  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines -Oversee day-to-day. operation.
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking -Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Motivate team members.
  • Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Suggest and organize team building activities.

People Management

  • Set clear team goals.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

  • PREFERRED : High school diploma Advanced supervisory experience a plus.
  • MINIMUM :

Knowledge & Skill

  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Decision-making skills.

Experience

  • PREFERRED : Gulf Experience.
  • MINIMUM : -3 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role.
