Job Description:
The Senior Crisis Management Consultant is responsible for developing and assessing tools and frameworks to evaluate the current state of crisis management, governance, risk, compliance, and business continuity practices. The role focuses on enhancing organizational readiness, resilience, and sustainability in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop assessment tools to evaluate the current state of crisis management, governance, risk, compliance, and business continuity practices.
- Conduct gap assessments and maturity evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement frameworks, policies, and procedures related to crisis management and organizational resilience.
- Support organizations in enhancing preparedness, response, and recovery capabilities.
- Provide advisory services related to crisis management, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop action plans and roadmaps to improve sustainability and continuity of business operations.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with national regulations, standards, and international best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Emergency Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in crisis management, risk management, governance, or advisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of crisis management frameworks, business continuity standards, and governance practices.
- Experience working with government entities or highly regulated organizations is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant professional certifications are considered an advantage.
