Job Summary:

A CRM Administrator/ Data Analyst manages and supports a company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system ensuring data accuracy, user access, and efficient workflows. The candidate should have a basic understanding of CRM platforms, good data handling skills and strong attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update customer data in the CRM
  • Support users with basic CRM issues
  • Create simple reports
  • Maintain data accuracy and documentation
  • Assist with basic workflow and system updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide timely and accurate reports that meet business needs.
  • Conduct thorough data cleansing and validation processes to ensure data integrity and reliability before analysis

Skills Required:

  • Basic CRM knowledge
  • MS office skills
  • Understanding of sales & marketing processes
  • Strong communication and problem-solving
  • High attention to detail
  • Patience and ability to support users
  • Good documentation & organization skills
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources; demonstrable experience of data cleaning, validation and reconciliation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and experience working collaboratively across functional teams.

Qualifications & Additional Information:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a data analyst role
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and complying with company governance, security and data protection standards.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset, able to interpret complex data sets with ease.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage to enhance communication
