CRM Coordinator - UAEN

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and sending of Email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns
• Prepare simple visuals using Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
• Assist in setting up campaigns on Salesforce or CRM tools
• Help update and maintain customer data
• Support store teams with basic CRM tasks
• Track simple campaign results and prepare basic reports
• Assist in loyalty, birthday campaigns, and client activations
• Follow brand guidelines in all communications

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of marketing or CRM is a plus
• Familiar with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn and proactive
• Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
• Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
• UAE National with Family book.
