Role Description
We are hiring a CRM & Customer Retention Manager to lead PECTIV's customer retention and lifecycle marketing efforts across email, WhatsApp, subscriptions, and repeat-purchase campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own PECTIV's CRM and customer retention strategy across email, WhatsApp, and lifecycle marketing channels
- Build and manage the retention calendar aligned with product launches, offers, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Create and execute campaigns for repeat purchase, win-back, cross-sell, upsell, and subscription growth
- Build and optimize automated flows such as abandoned cart, browse abandonment, welcome series, post-purchase, replenishment reminders, win-back, and subscription reminders
- Segment customers based on behavior, purchase history, engagement, and lifecycle stage
- Improve repeat purchase rate, LTV, subscription performance, and customer loyalty
- Work closely with the Creative team to brief campaign visuals, messaging, hooks, and offers
Qualifications
- Arabic Speaker is must
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing within ecommerce
- Strong experience with retention strategy, segmentation, and customer journey planning
- Hands-on experience with email automation platforms and campaign execution
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing, SMS, or direct customer lifecycle channels is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics including repeat purchase rate, LTV, churn, AOV, and conversion.
