Role OverviewWere looking for a CRM Manager to join our team and help deliver end-to-end CRM strategies for our clients. Youll be responsible for building data-driven campaigns, managing loyalty program rollouts, and ensuring continuous optimisation across multiple client accounts. This is a client-facing role that blends strategy, execution, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute CRM strategies across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push.
- Audit client CRM setups, identify gaps, and propose tailored solutions.
- Build segmentation models to target customer groups effectively.
- Design and manage loyalty programs to drive retention and repeat business.
- Oversee campaign execution from creative briefing to deployment.
- Track, analyse, and report on CRM performance, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with clients to align CRM activities with business goals.
- Stay up to date with CRM tools, automation platforms, and best practices.
- Support in onboarding new clients and managing ongoing relationships.
Requirements- 35 years of CRM / lifecycle marketing experience, ideally agency-side or in hospitality/F&B/retail.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset with experience in segmentation, automation, and reporting.
- Proven track record in driving customer engagement and improving CLV.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Creative problem solver who can balance strategy with hands-on execution.
Nice to Have- Experience with loyalty program design and implementation.
- Familiarity with SQL, Google Analytics, or BI tools for deeper analysis.
- Understanding of F&B and hospitality marketing trends.
