Job Description

Responsibilities :

Strong understanding of CRM concepts and business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service) (banking sector is a plus). Hands on experience with CRM tools (Creatio is a plus). Develop and maintain business processes, workflows, and dashboards. Implement UI customizations, objects, sections, and lookups using low-code/no-code tools. Write and maintain client-side scripts (JavaScript) and server-side logic (C#) for custom functionality. Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, and bug fixing. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field.

  • 2-4 year of Experience
  • Proven hands-on experience with any CRM and Creatio CRM/Studio platform is a plus.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (client-side scripting in Creatio is aplus).
  • Experience with C# for server-side scripting and custom development.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration.
  • Knowledge of low-code/no-code configurations (process designer, case designer, UI customization).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
