Responsibilities :
Strong understanding of CRM concepts and business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service) (banking sector is a plus). Hands on experience with CRM tools (Creatio is a plus). Develop and maintain business processes, workflows, and dashboards. Implement UI customizations, objects, sections, and lookups using low-code/no-code tools. Write and maintain client-side scripts (JavaScript) and server-side logic (C#) for custom functionality. Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, and bug fixing. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
