Job Description

Role Summery

We are looking for a dedicated and technically proficient Dynamics 365 Support Engineer to join our team at Worex Technology. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex application issues, configuring system modules, and ensuring the seamless operation of our clients CRM environments. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between user requirements and technical functionality, helping our clients optimize their Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide high-level application support, troubleshooting, and resolution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM issues reported by end-users.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 environments to meet specific business needs, with a primary focus on the Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
  • System Administration: Manage user access and security roles via Active Directory and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Integration Support: Collaborate with the infrastructure team to monitor and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and Azure-based services.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear, concise documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and user guides to streamline internal support processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify system bottlenecks and suggest enhancements to improve platform performance and user efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in an application support role, specifically within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
  • Product Expertise: Proven experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing).
  • Technical Foundation: Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 environment management, including:
  • Active Directory & Identity Management.
  • Microsoft 365 Admin Center configuration.
  • Azure cloud fundamentals.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues quickly and provide effective, user-friendly solutions.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical leads and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience working within an IT consultancy or managed services environment.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant Associate).
