The term Abdul Latif Jameel refers broadly to several distinct, separate and independent legal entities. It is not itself a corporate entity, association or conglomerate run by an overarching parent company but merely refers to a group of distinct and wholly separate legal entities that are collectively referred to as Abdul Latif Jameel.

Main Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the progress of the Digital Transformation Program

2. Works within the approved governance structure to ensure coordination and alignment of the individual strategic initiatives with one another, as well as with the overall transformation

3. Support the delivery and management of digital projects by facilitating cross-functional decision making

4. Analyze projects plans to avoid projects / tasks overlapping

5. Define projects dependencies and working with the stakeholders to satisfy them

6. Monitor and report on the program progress, alerting management to potential issues or problems before they or as they arise (issue and risk management)

7. Escalate issues in time and advise ways to resolve the issues

5. Arrange for weekly, monthly and quarterly steering meetings with all stakeholders

9. Ensure the adherence to company standards and methodologies

10. Engage project stakeholders and communicate the change consistently, frequently, and through multiple channels.

11. Facilitate cross-functional decision making through workshops and meetings

12. Reinforce the digital transformation culture among all stakeholders

13. Constantly monitor disruptive digital trends and, where appropriate, apply proactive or reactive interventions to counter/exploit these trends

14. Identify changes in the organization and operation that need to happen as part of the digital transformation

15. Advise ideas & techniques to mitigate risks and resolve issues

16. Advise optimizations or changes required to maintain an effective PLM Process

17. Recommend agile and innovative techniques for project delivery

Main Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent; an engineering qualification and/or an MBA will be an advantage
  • 5+ Years of relevant experience in the management and implementation of IT/digital projects
  • 3+ Years of experience in managing IT/digital projects using agile methodologies such as SCRUM, SAFe, etc
  • Change management experience will be an advantage
  • Experience in design thinking facilitation will be an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of technology, change management and a knowledge of present and emerging disruptive elements.
  • PMI-PMP is required
  • PMI-ACP certification will be an advantage
  • Professional Scrum Master certification will be an advantage
  • CCMP or Prosci certifications will be an advantage

The associate will work with a daily standard of (48) hours per week.
