Job Role:
Our CRM Specialist are tasked with providing world-class, professional support and service to our valued customers; through providing an outstanding, memorable, and personalized attention to our clients in the service center, by assisting with service appointment scheduling, troubleshooting basic automotive questions, checking on service status, resolving and following up on any client issues brought to attention. Make outbound calls per day to clients whose service has been completed, inquiring about their experience with al Mansour and ensuring they are completely satisfied with every aspect of their visit.
the role requires the ability to effectively communicate in an articulate, empathetic, and professional tone. Patience is not just a virtue but a requirement.
Position is also responsible for taking the lead on building reports, managing back-end administration, and helping to maintain the quality of the data found within the system.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration or Equivalent is preferable
