Key Responsibilities))
.Manage and maintain the company's CRM system
Ensure accurate and timely data entry by medical representatives
Prepare periodic reports (Sales Performance, Coverage, Target Achievement)
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure data accuracy
Improve CRM utilization and user efficiency
Monitor compliance with CRM policies and procedures.

13 years of CRM experience within pharmaceutical companies only
Strong experience with Pharma CRM systems
Excellent Excel and reporting skills
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
