About the Role
The CRM Strategy & Insights Manager ensures every campaign and journey delivers measurable business impact.
You will translate data into actionable insights, guide campaign optimization, and strengthen the connection between marketing activity, customer behavior, and revenue outcomes.
This role manages the CRM Manager and sits within the Marketing team, working closely with Product Marketing Managers and the Brand Manager.
