Power Platform Dynamics 365 CRM Support Engineer (Power Apps & Dataverse)
Required Qualifications
3–6 years supporting Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions in production.
Strong Understanding Of
Canvas Apps: delegation, performance, controls, Patch/Collect/With, offline strategies.
Model-Driven Apps: forms, views, business rules, command bar, JS events, PCF basics.
Dataverse: tables, relationships, alternate keys, plugins, web hooks, column types.
Power Automate: triggers, concurrency, retries, error handling, expressions, approvals.
Plugins/Custom APIs: C#, .NET, Dataverse SDK, execution contexts, service protection limits.
Web Resources: HTML/CSS/JS, form scripting, Xrm APIs, FetchXML.
Familiarity with ALM using Solutions, Environment Variables, Connection References.
Hands-on with Azure DevOps/Git for version control & pipelines.
Strong troubleshooting skills using Power Platform Admin Center, Plugin Trace Logs, Flow Run History, Monitor (Canvas), Chrome DevTools, Fiddler/Postman.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Registrations.
Knowledge of PCF development, TypeScript.
Exposure to Power BI embedding and Teams integration.
Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).

Dataverse: Advanced Find, FetchXML Builder, XrmToolBox.
Dev: Visual Studio/VS Code, Postman, Fiddler, Browser DevTools.
ALM: Azure DevOps Pipelines, Git, Work Items.
Observability: Plugin Trace Logs, Flow Analytics, Application Insights (if wired).
