Crypto Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Crypto Product Manager to lead the development and growth of innovative blockchain-based products.

In this role, you will define product strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable solutions within the rapidly evolving digital asset ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering, research, marketing, and trading teams to design products that deliver real value to users and institutions operating in the crypto space.

This position is ideal for candidates who combine strong product management experience with a deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and Web3 infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap for crypto and blockchain-based products

Work closely with engineering teams to design and launch new product features

Translate business and market needs into clear product requirements

Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape

Collaborate with design, marketing, and research teams to deliver high-quality products

Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies

Monitor product performance and optimize user experience

Drive innovation in digital asset products and Web3 infrastructure

Requirements

Required

36+ years of experience in product management

Strong understanding of blockchain technology and crypto markets

Experience building or managing digital products

Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and research teams

Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills

Nice to Have

Experience working in crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, or Web3 startups

Understanding of tokenomics and blockchain ecosystems

Familiarity with smart contracts or decentralized applications

Experience with analytics and product growth strategies

Compensation & Benefits

$230,000 - $250,000 base salary
