YOUR MISSION: Manage a Team from 8 to 15 technician / jeweler (one or several Brands) in the daily operations providing support to the team members as well as being an active technician / jeweler. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead a team of 8 to 15 technicians and jewelers, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and providing support to team members while actively participating in technical tasks.
- Operate and fine-tune complex machinery and systems to enhance quality and productivity, and develop innovative solutions to address inefficiencies.
- Oversee day-to-day operations within a store department, acting as a work leader and occasionally as a first-line supervisor for transactional operations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues for emergency repairs and perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities for new business and customer retention, handling complex queries, and resolving customer problems.
- Manage inventory control activities following established procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Adhere to the organization's health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to mitigate risks and protect the environment and the well-being of all employees.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct, ensuring compliance and high standards in all work activities.
- Continuously enhance technical and process skills through participation in assessments, development planning, formal training, and coaching.
- Possess post-secondary non-tertiary education and demonstrate the ability to work independently as an experienced practitioner.
