Lafarge Egypt continuously seeks to meet the needs of a wide range of customers including but not limited to individual homebuilders, large construction companies, architects, or local artisans, powered by 1500 passionate employees.
Overview:
Our CSR will be dedicated to the execution of social impact projects and the growth of the company's internal volunteering culture:
- Execute Social Impact Projects: Provide hands-on support in the end-to-end delivery of CSR initiatives, moving from conceptual planning to field execution.
- Scale Volunteering Initiatives: Act as the primary coordinator for the Volunteering Club, driving employee engagement and community participation.
- Measure and Report Impact: Develop skills in data collection and impact reporting to quantify the success of social investments.
- Operational Support: Assist in managing NGO partnerships and logistical requirements for community outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Support the day-to-day operations of social impact programs, ensuring timelines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Volunteering Club Management: Lead the recruitment of employee volunteers, organize club meetings, and coordinate on-site volunteering events.
- Impact Documentation: Assist in drafting impact reports, collecting testimonials, and gathering metrics (e.g., hours volunteered, beneficiaries reached) for the annual CSR report.
- Internal Advocacy: Promote CSR activities within the organization to foster a culture of social responsibility.

Qualifications:
- Recent Graduate: Must have graduated within the last 24 months with a degree in Business Administration, Political Science, or any related major.
- Excellent Arabic Writing & Communication: Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is mandatory for community engagement and local reporting.
- English Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English for international reporting standards and research.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, empathy, and a proactive mindset.
