As a Culture & Engagement Specialist, you will support the development and delivery of culture, engagement, wellbeing, diversity, and recognition initiatives across dnata Global. You will play a key role in helping employees understand the importance of engagement, while supporting a positive, inclusive culture aligned with dnata's values and strategic priorities. This role is offered on a 6-month temporary contract and supports dnata businesses internationally.
In This Role, You Will:
- Prepare and implement culture and engagement programmes that support cultural change, employee awareness, and stakeholder buy-in across dnata businesses.
- Plan and support the effective administration of dnata's culture and engagement assessment tools, working with business and culture champions to achieve strong global participation.
- Create and deliver presentations, toolkits, and product demonstrations to internal stakeholders in support of culture, engagement, wellbeing, diversity, and recognition initiatives.
- Survey, analyse, and interpret engagement and culture data, using market research and benchmarking to evaluate programme effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and business stakeholders on interpreting results and translating insights into meaningful corrective actions.
- Contribute to the development, coordination, and implementation of action plans in partnership with the Diversity, Wellbeing and Culture Engagement Lead for dnata International.
- Support the design, development, and delivery of workshops, learning resources, and practical toolkits that promote dnata's culture, diversity, wellbeing, and recognition agenda.
- Provide consulting, training, and coaching support to employees and leaders on engagement, wellbeing, and diversity topics.
- Conduct ongoing research and continuous learning to recommend innovative engagement and wellbeing solutions aligned with global best practices.
- Monitor and analyse data related to engagement, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives, providing insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in a Culture, Engagement, Organisational Development, or Human Resources role.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement, culture change, diversity & inclusion, wellbeing, and recognition frameworks.
- Experience supporting or administering engagement or culture surveys, including analysis, reporting, and interpretation of results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into practical, business-focused action plans.
- Confident communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across geographies, cultures, and functions in a matrixed environment.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
You'll Have An Edge If You Have:
- Experience supporting global or multi-country culture and engagement initiatives.
- Exposure to large, complex, or international organisations.
- Experience designing or delivering workshops, toolkits, or learning interventions related to culture, wellbeing, or engagement.
- Confidence consulting with senior stakeholders and guiding leaders on interpreting engagement data.
- Experience working in aviation, travel, logistics, hospitality, or operational environments.
- An agile, innovative mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment.
