We are looking for Customer Care Agent -Pharmacist.
The applicant must be Pharmacy graduate.
As a Customer Care Agent Pharmacist, you will play a vital
role in ensuring patients receive exceptional service by addressing their
inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing expert medical advice. This
position requires professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills to
deliver a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle patients inquiries and
- follow-up on inbound calls received through the hotline.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer
- complaints promptly and effectively.
- Monitor orders and coordinate with the Account Managers to ensure successful delivery to patients.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic,
- and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on patient experiences or resolve complaints.
- Respond to medical inquiries and provide accurate, trustful advice.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate and communicate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide feedback to improve the efficiency of customer service processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional support.
- Work Conditions:
- 6 days per week on a rotational shift basis.
- Rotational shifts and off days with shifts starting between 9 AM and 12 AM.
- Work from the office 12 days per month.
- This role is essential in creating a positive patient experience and maintaining Vezeeta's reputation for high-quality healthcare services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
13 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
Residency in Cairo is required.
