Customer Care Specialist to join our team and ensuring our customers needs are met with exceptional speed and accuracy.
Role Overview:

consistently delivering on our brand promise to every member of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inquiry Management: Handle daily customer interactions across multiple channels (Phone, Email, Chat) with a focus on First Contact Resolution
- Problem Diagnosis: Analyze customer issues to identify root causes and provide tailored solutions.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM.
- Standard Escalations: Recognize when an issue falls outside of standard policy and escalate it to the appropriate department.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or at least 1 year of experience at TPA
- Exceptional communication skills with an empathetic customer-first mindset
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM tools
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
