Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive based in Zone 57. The role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, solving inquiries or issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include resolving complaints, supporting customer needs effectively, and contributing to overall sales efforts in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills, with an ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
  • Proven ability to manage time efficiently and resolve issues promptly
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in a related field is a plus
