This is a full-time on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Customer Service Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, managing customer interactions through various communication channels, and maintaining professional and courteous phone etiquette. The specialist will also contribute to improving customer experiences by delivering exceptional service and gathering feedback to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
  • Ability to handle diverse customer inquiries and ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in managing and resolving conflicts in a professional manner
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (preferred)
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of customer service software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service-related roles is preferred
