Role Purpose

As a Customer Care Professional at Jawharat Al Ibtekar Al Mumayaza Company, you will be the face and voice of our brand. Your mission is to provide distinguished, innovative, and high-quality support to our clients, ensuring that every interaction aligns with our company's commitment to excellence and professional integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engagement: Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, and chat) with professionalism and empathy.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction by providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Account Management: Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our database, following company communication procedures and policies.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, consistently promoting the Distinguished Innovation our company stands for.
  • Escalation: Handle customer complaints effectively, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Board of Directors and departmental teams to provide feedback on customer trends and service improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; University degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Soft Skills: Strong active listening skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and modern communication tools.
  • Mindset: A proactive can-do attitude with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
