Role Description
The Customer Experience Ambassador will focus on delivering excellent service to customers. Responsibilities include communicating with customers through multiple channels inbound and outbound calls, chats, and other omni-channel platforms.
The Experience Ambassador owns the customer issue end-to-end, ensuring it is followed up and resolved efficiently to enhance first call resolution and overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery and maintain customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah.
