Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Customer Relations Officer. The role involves managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction, resolving customer inquiries or complaints, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing support, analyzing feedback, and ensuring high standards of service throughout all interactions. The candidate will serve as a bridge between the company and its clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and handle Customer Support inquiries effectively
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
  • Experience in managing Client Relations and understanding customer needs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools or related software is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team in an on-site setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
