CRM Manager - Dubai, UAE
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on CRM Manager to take ownership of customer lifecycle marketing across multiple fashion brands. Sitting within the Marketing team, this role blends strategic thinking with execution, ensuring high-performing CRM campaigns across all channels.
You will play a key role in building and scaling the CRM function, driving acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced eCommerce environment and enjoys both strategy and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end CRM strategy, aligned with wider digital and commercial objectives
- Execute email and SMS campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and build through to deployment and optimisation
- Develop and optimise lifecycle journeys, including welcome, browse/cart abandonment, post-purchase, reactivation, and loyalty
- Manage CRM campaign planning and calendars, ensuring alignment with trading activity and key launches
- Drive segmentation and personalisation strategies using customer and behavioural data
- Analyse performance and report on key KPIs, including revenue contribution, conversion, retention, and CLV
- Lead A/B testing across messaging, creative, timing, and targeting to continuously improve performance
- Collaborate with Creative, Brand, and eCommerce teams to deliver engaging, on-brand campaigns
- Manage CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo or similar), ensuring best practices and integration with e-commerce systems
- Identify opportunities to enhance CRM performance, engagement, and retention
- Support database growth while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
Experience:
- Proven CRM experience within fashion, retail, or eCommerce
- Strong balance of strategic ownership and hands-on campaign execution
- Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo or similar
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on revenue and P+L impact
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
