Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Admin Leader located in New Cairo. The Sales Admin Leader will oversee day-to-day administrative and sales support activities. Key responsibilities include leading sales teams, coordinating with clients, ensuring effective customer service, and delivering staff training to enhance sales performance and operations. Additionally, the individual will work closely with management to achieve sales objectives and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Ability to provide effective training and mentorship to team members
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
