Customer Relationship Management Manager

We're Hiring: CRM Manager | Real Estate Startup

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: up to AED 18,000 per month depending on experience

We are currently working with fast-growing real estate development looking for a CRM Manager to establish, manage, and optimize our entire customer lifecycle strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in shaping our sales and marketing infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the setup, customization, and management of our CRM platform
• Design and implement lead management and allocation processes
• Build automation workflows to improve sales conversion
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for management visibility
• Ensure data accuracy and CRM best practices
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing to align campaigns with pipeline performance
• Continuously optimize the customer journey from inquiry to post-sale

What We're Looking For:

• 48 years of CRM experience (real estate experience preferred)
• Experience setting up or significantly improving a CRM system
• Strong understanding of property sales processes (off-plan experience is a plus)
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Self-starter comfortable in a startup, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
