Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Sales Specialist, based in Qesm Shebin El Kom with some work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Sales Specialist will engage with customers to provide product information, resolve inquiries, and assist in guiding them through the purchasing process. Daily responsibilities include handling customer queries, maintaining records, achieving sales targets, analyzing customer needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively assist and engage with clients
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer needs, identify trends, and suggest improvements
  • Experience or capability in Training and knowledge-sharing with team members
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with time management and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and platforms (preferred but not required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
