Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support representative, located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing technical support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. This position requires delivering exceptional customer experiences, addressing concerns efficiently, and maintaining professionalism at all times.

  • Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level) is essential
