We're hiring Customer Care Executive for the Inbound US Voice Process (Sales & Upselling) at eClerx Egypt.
*Position Details:*
Customer Care Executive US Voice Process (Sales & Upselling)
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to US-based customers.
*Net Salary:* 18,000 EGP
Performance Bonus:* Up to 48K EGP annually (based on KPIs)
*Rotational shifts,* including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
*Requirements:*
Fluency in English (B2 Level )
Bachelor's degree preferred
*Location* : eClerx Egypt Office,Technolgical park Maadi
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent located in Cairo. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, managing customer interactions, and ensuring a positive experience. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and contributing to the improvement of service processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction strategies
- Experience in Customer Support and maintaining excellent Customer Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is an advantage
- Proficiency level of English (B1+/B2)
