Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Voice and Chat Customer Service Agent, located in One Kattamya The role involves handling customer inquiries through voice and chat channels, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and addressing customer needs effectively. The agent will focus on providing solutions, addressing concerns, and maintaining customer satisfaction, while adhering to company policies and guidelines. Maintaining a professional and empathetic approach is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications
