Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Agent located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Customer Service Agent will handle customer interactions through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product or service information, and delivering excellent support to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires effective problem-solving, clear communication, and a proactive approach to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
  • Ability to deliver high-quality customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
  • Fluent English Speakers B2/C1
  • Flexible with rotational shifts including night & overnight shifts
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service software is a plus
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
